To request any changes to the session:

Any changes to your schedule must be made through our office, via e-mail to admin . Tutors are not authorized to make any changes to the session.

Deadline to make changes:

Call or contact us by 2pm the day before the scheduled appointment. For sessions on Sunday and Monday, please notify by Saturday 12pm. Please see holiday exceptions below.

Late Cancellations/ No Shows are subject to full price charges.

Sessions on Holidays and Day after:

For making any changes to the sessions day after the holiday closing, we will need to be notified before the holiday.

2026 Holidays:

Easter Weekend - For sessions from March 31 - April 6, deadline is March 30, 12pm

Mother’s Day - For sessions on May 9 - 11, deadline is May 7, 12pm

Memorial Day - For sessions on May 23- 26, deadline is May 21, 12pm

Independence Day - For sessions from July 2-6, deadline is July 1, 12pm

Labor Day - For sessions from Aug 29 - September 1, deadline is August 28, 12pm

Thanksgiving - For sessions from November 25- 30, deadline is November 24 , 12pm

Christmas - For sessions from December 19-28, deadline is December 17, 12pm

New Year’s - For sessions from December 31-Jan 4, deadline is December 30, 12pm
